01 And Why?
Our target audience is visitors in Jam Gadang Bukittinggi. Since
we would like to focus on tourism app. We target the customer
is young to old modern customers, to attract them to come to
Jam Gadang and nearby spots (because Jam Gadang is the
center of the Bukittinggi city and very close to Pasar Atas
market which is the business center in Bukittinggi, others
tourism spots, and hotels, and culinary center, the visitors can

What satisfies my target Audiences : The visitors in Jam Gadang will be satisfied with the
features or services in the Jam Gadang tourism app. They can easily access information, enjoy
the tourism services and experiences in Jam Gadang while using the app.
What unsatisfied my target audiences : The visitors must download the app first. Then, the app
also need to connect to the internet which requires the area in Jam Gadang and nearby have to be
access by the free wi-fi.
