PT Telkom Indonesia
Telkom implements CSR as part of the company's business strategy which in its
implementation covers three aspects of sustainability, namely: economic, social, and
environmental. The purpose of CSR is to empower communities where this activity can
create an independent community. This is very well aware of by Telkom, which carries out
CSR activities so that the community is independent.
A. About CSR
Telkom believes that increasing people's welfare will impact on the growth and
development of Telkom's business scale, and vice versa. Therefore, in line with Telkom's CSR
paradigm, we apply the principle of profit-people-planet ("3P") in its implementation
practice.
Telkom's CSR implementation includes Telkom's social responsibility issues that are
considered relevant and significant, by emphasizing the three principles of Telkom's CSR,
namely:

Telkom has the aim of supporting the business continuity of the Company to implement
sustainable development in economic, social, and environmental involving Telkom Group
employees and society, based on three main pillars (triple bottom line), ie planet, people and
profit.
B. CSR Policy
The legal basis for implementing Corporate Social Responsibility activities is regulated
in Government Regulation (“PP”) No.47 / 2012 concerning Social and Environmental
Responsibility for Limited Liability Companies, which is the implementing regulation of the
provisions of Article 74 of Law No.40 / 2007 on Companies. Limited.
In line with this, Telkom has established a general policy for implementing CSR through
the enactment of the Board of Directors Regulation No.PD.701.00 / 1.00 / PR.000 / COP-
A3000000 / 2014 dated October 14, 2014 concerning Management of Telkom Corporate
Social Responsibility (Telkom CSR), so that it is based on The general policy is that the
Telkom CSR program is divided into Partnership Programs ("PK"), Community
Development Programs ("BL") and CSR Public Relations ("CSR PR"), namely activities
outside the PKBL.

2. Pustaka Digital
Pustaka Digital (PaDi) is the result of a synergy between BUMN Telkom and Balai
Pustaka which is implemented by presenting 1000 Digital Learning Corners in 1000 plaques
spread across Indonesia. Through the presence of PaDi, it can make it easier for people,
especially students, to access books online.
Socio Digi Leaders is a creative idea competition that is beneficial to the social environment.
Ideas can be in the form of social, legal, environmental, human resources, technology,
business, products, system development or digital application ideas.
4. BUMN Present for the Country
c. Disability Care
is Telkom's CSR program in the framework of BUMN Present for the Country for the
disabled, where Telkom and other BUMNs provide assistance to the diffable community in
preparing ready-to-pack personnel. The assistance provided includes:

5. Telkom Craft
Telkom Craft Indonesia is the first digital-based SME exhibition in Indonesia which is a
manifestation of the implementation of Good Corporate Citizenship values from the
partnership and environmental development program that Telkom has launched. And as a
form of Telkom's active role in an effort to maximize economic, social progress, and a form
of concern for local SMEs so that they can become a populist economic strength.
Is part of a series of CSR programs in the framework of launching the 3S Satellite as well
as a medium to educate and inform the real use of the satellite to the public.

A. CSR PROGRAM
By adhering to the 3P (People, Profit and Planet) Principles and creating business
sustainability, PT PJB always prioritizes the aspect of social equality through community
development (People) and preserving the environment (Planet) around the operational area
which is not solely prioritizing financial benefits (Profit) achieved in operational activities.
1. BATIK SERACI
One of the flagship programs of CSR PJB UP Muara Tawar is the Betawi Seraci
Batik Development Program. As one of the local cultural heritages that have high artistic
value, Betawi Batik must of course be preserved. Through this program, PJB involves the
community to participate in preserving and building the community's economy through the
Betawi Batik business. In 2016, there were two development activities carried out by PJB UP
Muara Tawar with Batik Seraci, namely Copyright Registration for Betawi Batik Motifs and
Installation of Batik Wastewater Treatment Plants (IPAL).
2. RUMAH LIPAT
Rumah Lipat is a forum that integrates UP Muara Karang CSR programs, especially
in the sustainability of training results from other programs such as garbage and mangrove
banks. One of the activities of the folding house program is also to repair the sewing house
program that is less successful, but still has sewing machine assets that can still be used. The
name Rumah Lipat, comes from the community's ideas, with the philosophy that every
activity in the folding house has the element of folding something, for example crafting raw
materials for non-organic waste.

4. EKOWISATA BAWEAN
Green Leaf Mangrove Ecotourism is an integration of mangrove, coral reef and turtle
conservation programs, mangrove eco-tourism programs, integrated waste management
programs, as well as a program to change the function of degraded paddy fields into salt
farming land. Conservation efforts carried out by Green Daun Pokmaswas and PT PJB UP
Gresik have opened up opportunities for the formation of Green Leaf Mangrove Ecotourism
which apart from being a tourist destination is also the only educational center for mangrove
conservation on Bawean Island.
Is a BPWC unit CSR program that empowers local communities to take advantage of
water hyacinth pests to make handicrafts of high value. The implementation of the community
empowerment program through the UMKM program in the form of water hyacinth crafts has
been carried out by empowering three groups of craftsmen. Empowerment is carried out
through the provision of sewing tools and water hyacinth raw materials to be used as
handicrafts in the form of bags, wallets, hats, sandals and other handicraft items that have
economic value. In addition, assistance in the form of improvements and marketing networks
is also carried out so that these products can compete outside.
CSR UP Brantas assists in the treatment of waste water from batik coloring by
providing support in the form of IPAL. In addition, improvements to the facilities and
infrastructure for the workshop venue were also carried out to support operational activities.
Now, the proud thing about Batik Malangan, Sengguruh Village is that it already has a patent
right for this batik motif. Consistency is still done, namely still using natural dyes in batik
coloring. Examples of natural dyes are obtained from indigosera, mahogany, teak, turmeric,
jalawe tingi, cherry trees, ketepeng trees
The coral reef and hollow cube transplant program are two programs for the
preservation of coral reefs and fish houses organized by UBJOM Paiton 9. The
implementation of these two programs involves the “Putera Pesisir Binor” fishermen group as
the company's partner as well as the beneficiary and the Binor Underwater Community.
3. PT Pertamina
C. Scope of Activities
1) Pertamina Cerdas
a. Early childhood education
This program provides PAUD students in the Fuel Terminal operating area in the Maos
Terminal Operation Area - Marketing Operation Region IV Central Java to obtain
scholarships, while teachers and guardians of students in the area will also receive training.

Through the Pertamina Foundation, Pertamina has organized the "Friends of the Earth"
scholarship program for several universities in Indonesia.
d. Non-Formal Education
In order to increase the competence and insight of the community, Pertamina also has a
concern for organizing non-formal education in the form of, among others, the School for
Self-Confidence Children in Makassar, Education for Tribe Inner Children in Jambi,
assistance for the Natsir's English Nature School program in Palopo, Smart House in
Palembang and the “Dreamable” special needs children development program in Tegalluar
Village, Bandung, West Java.
As a company that supports the development and utilization of New and Renewable
Energy (EBT),Friends of Pertamina holds thethe Earth Competition, which was previously
packaged in the name of the National Science Olympiad (OSN). The Sobat Bumi competition
aims to develop Indonesia's superior seeds in creating energy innovations for the
sustainability of the earth.
In 2020, the competition will enter its 10th year of implementation. In the Covid-19
Pandemic situation which limits the order of life and activities in society, Pertamina
continues to encourage productive activities to increase the nation's creativity by holding
online competitions through the website www.sobatbumi.id. Through this virtual
competition, it is hoped that it can attract various levels of society - from undergraduate and
postgraduate students, teachers / academics, researchers, business actors in the field of new
and renewable energy, as well as activists in the energy sector; so that they are still able to
innovate and contribute to the sustainability of the earth even in limited conditions.
f. Vocational Education
Apart from academic education, Pertamina also strives for vocational education in order
to support the creation of competent students. In 2019, vocational education will be carried
out in the form of Safetyman & Welder training. This activity is carried out as one of the CSR
activities of the New Grass Root Refinery (NGRR) / Refinery Project in Tuban, East Java.
3) Pertamina Hijau
a) Biodiversity Program The Biodiversity
Program is aimed at preserving the wealth of endemic flora and fauna native to Indonesia,
especially protected flora and fauna. In this program, Pertamina designed 16 biodiversity
programs targeting more than 400,000 fauna and flora throughout Indonesia.
Meanwhile, Pertamina also has a Mangrove Planting Program around the operational
area of Pertamina and its subsidiaries considering that mangroves are able to provide great
benefits, including as a habitat for various marine animals, and other animals, a source of
culinary and craft products as well as as a study area and animal migration. In 2019,
Pertamina has planted 32,000 mangrove seedlings.
4) Independent Pertamina
a. Pertamina Village
Under the Pertamina Berdikari Program, Pertamina designed the Pertamina Village
Program or Assisted Village. This program utilizes the superior potential of the village which
is integrated in the fields of agriculture, plantation, animal husbandry and others. In 2019,
Pertamina managed as many as 62 assisted villages throughout Indonesia which were
developed through 131 programs covering economic empowerment programs, health
programs, environmental programs and educational programs.
