• Ministers and / or heads of non-ministerial government agencies in accordance with their respective powers are assigned to:
a. implementing Jakstranas;
b. carry out monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of Jakstranas; to obtain information regarding the achievement of reducing and handling of Household Waste
and Household-like Waste on a national basis.
c. submit the results of the implementation of Jakstranas to the Minister at least 1 (one) time in 1 (one) year; and
d. provide assistance to governors in the preparation of provincial Jakstrada and regents / guardians city in drafting Jakstrada district / city.
• Minister is assigned to:
a. implementing Jakstranas;
b. doing monitoring the implementation of Jakstranas;
c. coordinate monitoring implementation of Jakstranas by ministers and / or heads of non-ministerial government agencies;
d. compile and report the implementation of an integrated Jakstranas to the President at least 1 (one) time in 1 (one) year; and
e. provide assistance to governors in the preparation of provincial Jakstrada and regents / guardians city in drafting Jakstrada district / city.
• Governor is in charge of:

a. arrange, doing, and coordinate the implementation of provincial Jakstrada;
b. doing monitoring and evaluation the implementation of provincial Jakstrada;
c. coordinating the monitoring and evaluation of the provincial Jakstrada;
d. arrange and report implementation of provincial Jakstrada to the Minister at least 1 (one) time in 1 (one) year and will be redeemed to minister that carry out domestic
government affairs and the minister who administers government affairs in the field of national development planning; and
e. provide assistance to regents / mayors in arrange district / city Jakstrada.
The Governor is responsible for the procurement of land, facilities and infrastructure for the management of Household and Household-like Waste at the provincial level in
accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
• The regent / mayor is in charge of:

a. arrange and doing district / city Jakstrada;
b. doing monitoring and evaluation implementation of district / city Jakstrada; and
c. submitting the results of the implementation of district / municipal Jakstrada to the governor at least 1 (one) time in 1 (one) year.
The regent / mayor is responsible for the procurement of land, facilities and infrastructure for managing Household and Household-like Waste in the regency / city in accordance
with the provisions of laws and regulations.
