What is DNA?
 Deoxyribonucleic Acid
– Nucleus of cell contains RNA and DNA
– Nucleus has 23 pairs of chromosomes made
up of DNA

– Within each pair one chromosome is from


sperm and the other is from egg. One from
your momma, one from your daddy.

 Cytosine
 Thymine

– When those four chemicals are stranded


together they create the DNA code for
individuals

– Mandible= jaw or chin
– Eye orbit = eye socket
– Nasal cavity = nose
– Crani = skull
– Iliac crest= top of pelvis
– Femur = bone from hip to knee
– Tibia and fibula = bone from knee to ankle
