What is Training?
• Training refers to the teaching and learning activities carried
on for the primary purpose of helping members of an
organization acquire and apply the knowledge, skills, abilities,
and attitudes needed by a particular job and organization.

Importance Of Training:
Training is important because it represents a good opportunity
for employees/ freshers to grow their knowledge base and
improve their job skills to become more effective in the
workplace.
Why Interview Training Is Importance?

• Interview training will help you to understand


why behavioral questions are so important
when seeking out the best fit and will help you
decide which ones to use during the interview
process to effectively weed out suitable
candidates.
Types Of Interview Training

 Individual (face-to-face) Interviews:


It is a face to face two way communication between the
interviewer and the respondents.
 The Panel Interview:
Panel interviews are the same as individual, face-to-face
interviews, but with two or more interviewers in the room.
 Group Interviews:
When multiple candidates are interviewed at the same time by
one interviewer.
