• This chapter presented, analyzed and interpreted the data gathered through an automated self-
administered questionnaire with the use of Google forms.
• A survey questionnaire was used for the researchers to know and understand the students’
perceptions regarding the efficiency of the implementation of school rules and regulations in
SHS Department of Mariners’ Polytechnic Colleges Foundation S.Y. 2019-2020. The survey
questionnaire was made through Google Forms and was distributed via social media platforms.
The following pages discusses the findings and the analysis of the collected data.

• The bar graph shown in Figure 1 shows the sections of the respondents in the study.
• The 25 respondents are consisting of grade 11 students.
• As shown in the figure 1, five respondents from sections Pre-baccalaureate and TVL- Marine Transportation, 4 respondents
from STEM, GAS and ABM, and lastly 3 respondents from HUMSS strand.
II. DATA FROM SURVEY
1.1 Students on Following School Rules and Regulations

“No, some students do not wear their proper uniforms during its
designated schedule. The students do not take the strict
implementation seriously as the school itself do not have serious
consequences to those who disregard the rules and regulations
inside the school premises.”
• This shows how observant the respondents are, to notice how the school rules and regulations
are inefficiently implemented in terms of wearing the proper uniform in the designated
schedule.
• The respondent also pointed out some facts regarding the consequences with the students
who neglect the rules and regulations.
1.3 “You as a student, what rules do you observe
that is not implemented effectively?”
- The researchers received several responses from the respondents pointing out some rules
that are inefficiently implemented. However, ninety percentage of the respondents said that
wearing proper uniform and attending morning colors is one of the rules that are being
disregarded by the students.
