LEARNED IN MY
P. E. CLASS?
THE FIRST STEP
 Getting the BMI is an essential step in taking P. E. class. It
is for us to know if we are in a normal condition in order
for our instructors to analyze what are the physical tests
that fits us and our bodies are capable of doing.
PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST
 Taking physical fitness test helps us to know our strength
and weaknesses, or our capabilities. This also serves as our
safety guidelines because it helps us to know what are the
right execises or activities our bodies are capable of doing.
This helps ourselves to avoid activities that are gone too
far from our bodies limitations. This also helps our body to
discover our own potential is such physical activities or
sports.
CONCLUSION
 After all, I have learned that there is still something you
can learn even the learning method and medium is online.
There are still things that you can do even though your
professer aren’t monitoring you in person. I also learned
that physical fitness is much more important than any other
activities because it helps our body and health to be in a
good condition for us to do our daily tasks.
