Homes for All

• All animals have homes.

• Humans make houses to live.
Rachana is six years old. She lives in a small
house. She shares her things with her brother.
She helps her mother and father. She is a great
daughter.

Birds also make
homes. They make
their homes in trees. 
We call their homes
“nests”. They live in
nest with their babies.
We call baby birds
“chicks”. The birds are
amazing beings. They
can fly. However,
some birds cannot fly.
Honeybees are insects.
They are amazing too.
They live in a hive.
Some honeybees make 
their hive in jungles.
They make honey in
their hive. They live in
a big group in the same
house. They can fly far
away and collect
honey. However, they
cannot see the colour
“red”.
Tigers, bears and elephants live in the forest. They are wild
animals. Among them, tigers are very strong. They cannot kill
other animals. Elephants are big and heavy. An elephant can
break a tree with its trunk. This is all possible when they live in
their home “jungle”.

Thus, animals home is the best place for them to live.
