 BACKGROUND

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Youth Development

Programme ( BBSYDP) is the initiative of
present government for temporary
employment and capacity development of
unemployed youth to enable them to earn
their livelihood with honour and dignity.
 OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
 To provide temporary employment to various categories of
educated female youth from matriculates to post graduates.
 To train and provide on job orientation to facilitate availability of
trained manpower required by public and private sector in
coming days.
 To train Matriculate / Intermediate young girls in the field of
Entrepreneurship Development Training so that they can start
their own business.
 To train young women / girls in the field of Beautician, as it is
the much demanded field for self employment.
 To provide Secretarial training to intermediate and graduate
young girls as trained educated girls can easily get suitable job.
