The individual learning monitoring plan
will be used to monitor learner’s progress
based on the given intervention activities.
Through these I am able to monitor my
pupil’s progress and develop intervention
that would help them understand clearly
the topic that they find hard. In my
sample ILMP, I am happy that this pupil
shows significant progress on the next
monitoring schedules.
