Eggless Vanilla Cake

Ingredients
Before making a Eggless vanilla cake we should be arranged these
products that I have been used in my cake production:
# ½ Cup condensed Milk.
# ½ Cup powder sugar.
# ½ Cup oil.
# 1 ¼ Cup all purpose flour.
# 1 teaspoon baking powder.
# 1 teaspoon baking soda.
# ½ Cup milk.
# 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract.
Procedure
• Step-1
# First, measure and keep all the ingredients ready and than we have
taken a pan and than we take half a cup of condensed milk in the pan.
Procedure

# Next we will add half a cup of icing sugar to this half cup of
condensed milk. Later we mixed it well by using a hand whisk.

# Then we mix ½ cup oil into the mixer. Later we mixed it well.

# Next we will put a sieve on top of that pan and gently take 1 ¼ cup of
flour, one teaspoon of baking powder and one teaspoon of baking soda
in it.

# Next we mix the mixer well by using a hand whisk again after shifting
through a sieve.

# Then we add ½ cup milk into the batter and mix it gradually.

# Then we add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract into the batter and mix it well.

# Then we take a 7’’ inch greased mold with baking paper and pour the
batter onto the mold and spread evenly.

# Heat a pan with a lid( place a wire stand inside the pan and heat up for
7-8 min in medium heat.

# Place the mold inside the pre-heated pan and cook it in low heat for
50-55 min by using dry heat method.

# The cake is ready, let it cool completely. Then devide the cake into
two layer and brush some sugar syrup.
Making sugar syrup
By making sugar syrup we should follow following steps:
# Take some boiled hot water.
# 3 teaspoons sugar.
# Stir until dissolve the sugar.
