maintenance. Tambak Lorok Combined Cycle Power Plant Block 3 is located within the existing Tambak Lorok
Power Plant Complex in Semarang City, Central Java (500 km east of Jakarta, Indonesia).

 VISITOR SITE RULES

1. Before entering the TBL project gate, all visitors required to undergo HSE induction. ID
Card/Badge will be issued after HSE Induction Training. (Visitors are not allowed to do
physical site work)

2. The ID Card/Badge must be worn at all times when within the project areas and must be
given back before departing the site.

3. Visitors are required to sign in the logbook located at security guard house and must be
accompanied during their visit by the authorized holder of an TBL access ID card/badge

4. Always enter the jobsite wearing Personal Protective Equipment which includes as minimum:
Hard hat, Safety glass, Long sleeves shirt, High visibility safety vest or as prescribed/
required within (Generic Execution Risk Register) Long pants and Safety shoes

5. PPE is not required at Marubeni/HK Site Office, walkway from MC site office to HK site office
and Designated smoking shelter near HK site office, unless stipulated as required

6. Only restricted numbers of company vehicles are allowed on site and a Vehicle Pass will be
issued prior to authorizing project site entry.

 Peraturan untuk tamu
1. Sebelum memasuki gerbang proyek TBL, semua pengunjung diwajibkan mengikuti induksi HSE.
Kartu pengenal karyawan akan diterbitkan setelah Pelatihan Induksi HSE. (Pengunjung tidak
diperbolehkan melakukan aktivitas fisik)

2. Tanda pengenal karyawan harus dipakai setiap saat ketika berada di dalam area proyek dan
harus dikembalikan sebelum meninggalkan lokasi..

3. Pengunjung wajib masuk ke logbook yang terletak di pos jaga keamanan dan harus didampingi
saat berkunjung oleh pemegang sah KTP/lencana akses TBL

4. Selalu mengenakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) minimum saat masuk ke lokasi kerja meliputi:
topi pelindung, Kacamata pengaman, kemeja lengan panjang, rompi keselamatan visibilitas
tinggi atau sesuai dengan yang ditentukan/diperlukan dalam (Generic Execution Risk Register)
celana panjang dan sepatu safety.

5. APD tidak diperlukan di Marubeni/Kantor Lokasi HK, jalan jalan dari kantor lokasi MC ke kantor
lokasi HK, dan ketempat merokok di dekat kantor lokasi HK, kecuali jika ditentukan sesuai
kebutuhan

6. Hanya kendaraan perusahaan dalam jumlah terbatas yang diizinkan kelokasi dan Vehicle PASS
akan dikeluarkan sebelum diijinkan masuk lokasi proyek
