INTRODUCTION

The Cabangan National High School Basic Education-Learning Continuity Operational Plan provides
a clearer blueprint which contains strategic implementation and monitoring plan to realize the goal to
deliver quality basic education, inclusive & responsive to learners.

The problems and challenges of the previous Modular Learning Delivery brought valuable
lessons and experiences vital to improve the learning outcomes in terms of achieving the Most
Essential Learning Competencies through Projects Programs and Activities to enhance teachers'
skill in the multimodality, to improve assessments, to provide appropriate intervention and to
provide more learning resources and multimodal learning.

The learning resources printed and received in the previous school year is more than
enough for the number of learners. But with the projected higher enrollment of the coming
school year, a deficit is expected. Thus, the need for additional printed modules and resort to
multimodal learning.

With the increase number of learners gearing towards multimodal learning, and the
available OTG and tablets for SHS distribution, the number of printed modules is expected to
decrease. The shift to multi-modal delivery of teaching and learning will ensure continuity in
learning.
II. GOALS AND SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

IV. BE-LCOP PRIORITY FRAMEWORK (Sulong Edukalidad)
The School anchors its BE-LCOP implementation Framework with 4 Pillars as its guiding principles.
Likewise, the Strategic Goals of the SDO and the school were used as basis in carefully planning the specific
activities set for SY 2021-2022. The Cabangan NHS BE-LCOP Framework can be explained in the following
