 About New Hope Farms-
We know that BF-4 is one of the
largest breeder farm. There are 20
shed, four Feed store rooms, one Egg
store room, one Commercial egg
store room, one Rich husk store
room, one Necessary materials store
room, one Medicine store room, one
Disinfection store room, one
Electrical store room & Generator
power supply house. There are 04
persons Chinese boss and106
employees including manage persons
and 08 security persons.
 My main work:
• Feed give and feed store management.
• Rice husk management and fumigation.
• Rice husk car counting and measurement.
• Outside worker management and their work follow and check.
• Security persons manage and their duty time check and also their
activity check.
• Hatchery egg unloading and loading time check.
• Egg box and tray wash time check.
• Commercial egg sell time check.

For room no. 1) 1.8kg potassium (k2mno4) and 3.6 litter formalin use.
For room no. 2) 1.8kg potassium (k2mno4) and 3.6 litter formalin use.
For room no. 3) 1.7kg potassium (k2mno4) and 3.4 litter formalin use.
For room no. 4) 3.9kg potassium (k2mno4) and 7.9 litter formalin use.

give finish, all feed count & this record give our boss. We also keep this record in office
computer and send QQi BF-4 farm work group.
We also net and clean feed store room regularly.
 Rice husk management and fumigation
Every month about 4/5 times rice husk car
come .We count 25 bags and then we calculate
average and then we found one bag weight.
Also one officer and Chinese boss check this
rice hull. If this one good quality then we
keep in store other wise we reject this car.
After storage complete we start to moving and
processing the rice husk. After rice husk
processing complete then this one fumigation.

Rich husk fumigation time we also follow this-

copper sulfate (cuso4).

Hatchery egg unloading and loading

Everyday hatchery egg car come 1 or 2 times. When hatchery egg car come we
quickly unload egg box and tray and then clean this car and then we carefully
transfer this egg. One car loading we take 45 to 60 minutes and one car we give
41400 to 54400 pieces egg. But car capacity is 74400 pieces egg .
