Reproduction without
seeds:
 There are some plants, like the
banana, that do not produce seeds.

 They reproduce from their body
parts like the root, stem or leaf this
type of reproduction is called
Vegetative Propagation.
 Not all plants reproduce through
seeds. Potato
 In vegetative propagation, any part
of a plant can grow into a complete
new plant.
Vegetative propagation through Roots,
Stems and Leaves:
 ByRoots : Dahlia and Guava develop buds in their roots.
These buds give rise to new plants under favourable
conditions.
 By Stems : If you cut any branch of a rose plant and
plant it in wet soil, the new branch will form a new rose
tree. Money plant can also be grown by this method.
 By Leaves: Leaves of sprout-leaf plants contain buds
these buds give rise to new plants under favourable
conditions.
