MY INSIGHTS :
Listening is a vital element of communication
and it is very much different from hearing sense
of human. A meaningful communication requires
both a good listener and a speaker. However, the
effect of listening style may very depending on
the occasions and situations a listener is in.
Sometimes, speaker exhibit ineffective style such
as defensiveness, ambushing, listening in their
communication tracks.
You are a good listener if you pay your whole
attention to the speaker comments so they will be
heard. People like to know they have been heard,
but hearing and truly listening are two different
things.
Effective Communication skills is an act of
conveying meanings from one entity or group to
another through the use of mutually understood
signs , symbols , and semiotic rules. The main
steps inherent to all communications are: the
formation of communicative motivation or

 For me we need to learn and practice our language
and how to use it properly. because language
symbolizes the sacrifices of our heroes.

know what each one wants to express.

socializing and communicating with others. But when
