 What does artificial intelligence
mean?
 Artificial intelligence (AI) is an area of computer
science that emphasizes the creation of intelligent
machines that work and react like humans.
 It has become an essential part of the technology
industry.
 HISTORY OF AI:
 The field of AI research was born at a workshop at
Dartmouth College in 1956.

 SOPHIA-THE SOCIAL HUMANOID
ROBOT.
 Sophia is a social humanoid robot developed by
Hong Kong-based company Hanson Robotics.
 In October 2017, Sophia, the robot became the
first robot to receive citizenship(In Saudi Arabia)
of any country.
 “The credits goes to AI”
 She is “SOPHIA”
 In the film ”Ironman”, tony stark’s suit is
controlled by his creation in AI, the “JARVIS”.
