Enrolment
1. Place a red “DRAFT” watermark in the draft copy
and for revisions, change font into red color

2. Submit a hard copy of the draft to the
DCO who will assign a document code
and attach a Document
Origination/Revision Form (DORF)
before returning it to the originator
3. Submit the draft along with the DORF
to the Department Curriculum Review
and Development Committee (DCRDC)

4. The DCRDC shall review and verify the
draft syllabus using the Checklist for
Syllabus Content Review and
Verification and before endorsing it to
the College CRDC (CCRDC).
5. The CCRDC shall validate the draft
syllabus and issue a Certificate of
Utilization then returns it to the DCRDC.

6. The DCRDC shall forward the validated
draft syllabus to the originator for
editing and printing of the Master Copy,
removing the “DRAFT” watermark.
7. The Originator, Department Curriculum
Coordinator, Department Chair and
Dean shall sign on the Master Copy
before forwarding it to the Vice
President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) for
approval.

8. The VPAA signs the Master Copy of
the syllabus for approval then returns
it to the College.
9. The DCO shall register the approved
syllabus to the Master List of
Registered Documents before
scanning the hard copy and compiling
it. The scanned PDF file shall then be
stored in the designated DC computer.
