Error Code Classification Management (1)

commands and corresponding handing procedures. After the policy for
handling the error code is activated, the SPG2800 determines the category
of the error code and performs the operations. In this way, the SPG2800 is
more flexible.

1. In the template of SPG service provisioning, error code handling page is
added for filling in the error code and corresponding policy.
2. The SPG Portal interface supports whether the error code policy is
enabled. After the upgrade, the SPG Portal interface is not enabled by
default. If the error code policy is enabled before the upgrade, the SPF Portal
interface is enabled. In a new installation environment, the error code policy
is enabled by default.

as local files to analyze the detailed information of the ME command execution.

results of service logs. The generated batch files are directly used to create batch tasks for the
convenience of the administrator to execute service commands that are unsuccessfully sent.

The SPG2800 supports the extraction of device archive information,

including the SPG version, License information, and the IP address of the
SPG server.

collection and generation by the Customer Device File System of the Global
Technical Service Department (GTSD). In addition, the function reduces the w
orkload of engineers, improves the accuracy of archive data, and provides acc
urate and timely service data for inventory management.
