 HUMAN ERRORS
• Human error is defined as any deviance from
appropriate behavior . Slip occurs when a
person intends to do one action and ends up
doing something else

• Here, I am going to describe six slips

occurred in my life
 DESCRIPTION SLIPS
• I rarely make juice for myself of others
when there is no one at my home.
Sometimes I make a big mistake . When I
came for use sugar ,then I mistakenly use
salt in juice. Because my mother use the
same kind of jar for salt and sugar.
 CAPTURE SLIPS
• WHEN I WANT TO MINIMIZE ANY
KIND OF SOFTWARE , BY MISTAKE I
CLICKED ON CLOSE BUTTON.ITS IN
THE SAME POSITION THAT’S WHY I
MAKE THIS MISTAKE
 MODE ERROR SLIPS
• When I want to take screen shots in my
android with the power button ,then my
phone automatically turn of for long
press.its a big trouble for me.
LOSS OF ACTIVATION ERROR
• When I go to university every morning, I
am always in a hurry to take the bus.
Before I leave my home, sometimes I am
looking for my mobile so badly, but
when I go to my room, I have just
forgotten why I came into this room And
instead of taking my mobile I've taken
my watch
 DATA DRIVEN ERROR
• I am a big cricket fan.
Sometimes I watch cricket on tv
and doing my homework at the
same time. So when it is six or
four, I accidentally write some
mistakes in my paper.
Sometimes I forgot whats the
topic was.
ASSOCIATIVE ACTIVATION ERROR
• All day long, I always use android
smartphone and using its touching screen
functionality all the time. But when I
work on a desktop computer, I
mistakenly touch the monitor screen to
work but which does not have touch
compatibility.
