PEOPLE OF INTEGRITY
IN THE BIBLE
 NOAH- “perfect” because he chose to obey God
when God told him to build an arc. Genesis 6:9
 JOB- “blameless, upright” because he chose to
stand in the truth even God let him suffer and his
friends forsake him.
 JOSHUA- he totally followed God and break
down the wall of Jericho.
 DAVID- “integrity and courage” a shepherd boy
who killed the giant enemy and soon became a
king.
 SOLOMON- walk before God in truth with all
their heart.
 DANIEL- he was being thrown at the lion’s
den although there was “no error and no fault”
found in him.
 JESUS CHRIST- he is our great example of a
man of integrity because he is “true” and chose
to obey God’s will even it means dying at the
cross.
1 JOHN 1:7
 “But if we walk in the light , as he is in the
light, we have fellowship one with another,
and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth
us from all sin.”
 Living in integrity is a process of cooperating
with God’s Spirit as we daily confess sin and
obtain his covering(propitiation).
hypocrisy
“The practice of claiming to have moral standards
or beliefs to which one’s own behavior does not
conform; pretense.”
Following are the hypocritical actions:
1. Using God’s name in vain

2. Not keeping our words

3. Making fun of someone in class

4. Repeating rumor about someone, even if it is


true.
 “LIVE A GLORIFYING LIFE TO GOD AND A
BLESSING ALWAYS.”- shows a good rule
model of integrity.
