KITCHEN
A functional kitchen is structured and designed in such a
way that the arrangement of the work centers coincide
with space, time, and work flow which facilities food
preparation.

A kitchen should always be clean, sanitary and safe and


this is the prospective planner should keep in mind when
planning the kitchen design and lay-out.
