Brownies are cakes with a soft and dense
texture, dark chocolate in color and have a
distinctive chocolate taste. This processed
food is very popular with the public, both
from children, teenagers, and parents
because of the dominant taste of delicious
chocolate and soft texture. Brownies are
processed cakes made from wheat flour.
Wheat flour is flour or powder derived from
wheat seeds. The advantage of wheat flour
compared to other flours is its ability to form
gluten when given water.

and upper market, Brownies must be of special quality, in the sense that
good quality and service must be prioritized. This upper middle class
market share consists of various elements in society, namely: office
workers,
housewives, school children. To meet this middle class marketing target,
there must be a strategy so that the brownies can be sold in the market,
namely the cake is still delicious, promotion and at an affordable price.
With economic conditions and good sales locations, it will become a large
market share considering the population of Jakarta, which amounts to 10
