    TOPIC – INTERVIEW WITH JOB ASPIRANT
    QUESTION & ANSWER:
    Question: Being a job aspirant, what problems are you
    facing in this pandemic situation?
    Answer: This pandemic and lockdown have pushed lakhs
    of job aspirants into a state of uncertainty. Now virtual
    orientations are conducted. Jobs expectancies are
    badly affected due to COVID 19 crisis. Everyone is
    facing problem today, so I don’t say that job aspirants
    are having more problem. Competition has increased
    and deserved candidates will get the job once this
    pandemic will over.
    Question: What impact do you expect this crisis to have on the
    global jobs market?
    Answer: Like other countries, the Indian job market and economy
    will be negatively affected by the pandemic. How bad the effect
    would be depends on many measures. What we have available
    now in this regard are forecasts and expectations with some
    statistics. We need to know much more about the virus itself so
    that we can evaluate the effect of the pandemic on the economy
    and job market, among other things.
    Question: What helps do you except from the government regarding jobs
    expectancy?
    Answer: I don’t except help regarding jobs only. Actually as we all know, how
    this COVID 19 is affecting on every aspect. It will take very much time to recover
    after this crisis. Government is already in so much of pressure. GDP and economy
    had worse affects of this crisis. I just want that govt. must take efficient measures
    to control this virus.
    REASON & OBJECTIVE:
    The sole purpose of this interview was:
    • The problems faced by job aspirants in COVID
    19 pandemic;
    • Effect on global job market due to COVID 19;
    • Expectations by government.
    SUMMARIZE:
    So through this interview, we may say that job
    aspirants are well aware of this pandemic situation
    and are thinking in overall welfare of the nation.
    Everyone knows the affects of corona virus and are
    supposing of the betterment of the nation and
    world.
    CONCLUSION:
    We may conclude that the situation is well
    known by everyone and all are ready to support
    government in this pandemic. This is very
    important to be together in such crisis. We all
    together will definitely overcome through this
    COVID 19 pandemic.
