1.BORRI B 9000 FXS DESCRIPTION

 General Description

BORRI B 9000 FXS merupakan catuan daya Double-Convertion,dimana supply PLN (Source AC)
diconversi menjadi DC (Searah) oleh Rectifier dan kemudian diconversi kembali ke
Source AC(bolak-balik) oleh Inverter dan diteruskan ke load.

 LED 2 = Rectifier (Convertion AC to DC)
 LED 3 = Supply DC (Battery 12 V 100 AH,50 Block)
 LED 4 = Inverter (Convertion DC to AC)
 LED 5 = SSI (Static Switch Inverter)
 LED 6 = Output UPS
 LED 7 = SSB (Static Switch Bypass)
 LED 10 = EPO (Emergency Power Off)

LED 1 : lit-up green = Rectifier Input Mains Present
Otherwise off

LED 2 : Lit-up green = Rectifier running Correctly

Lit-up red = Rectifier operation error

LED 3 : Lit-up green = Battery OK.

Lit-up orange = Battery discharging
lit-up red = battery test failed,BCB Open,battery not operating

LED 4 : Lit-up green = Inverter OK

lit-up red = Inverter failure

LED 5 : Lit-up green= load fet by inverter

Off = Ssi Open

LED 6 : lit-up green= OCB Closed and output voltage OK

Otherwise Off

LED 7 : Lit-up orange = Load fed bypass

Otherwise Off

LED 8 : Lit-up green= Supply line OK

Otherwise Off

LED 9 : lit-up orange = MBCB Closed

Otherwise Off

LED 10 : Lit-up red = EPO push-button pressed

12. BASIC TROBLESHOOTING
12.1 Basic Trobleshooting Procedure

12.1.1 MAINS OK LED OFF (Orange)

Step #1
1. Ceck the phasa rotation (Sequence Phasa)of supply voltage.
2. Make sure the input Voltage and frequeny are within tolerance.
3. Ceck the rectifier protection fuses F1,F2,F3;

After step #1 the UPS stop the starting sequence and shows one or more alarm message.
1. Ceck the alarms indicated on the display and remove their causes.
2. Close RCB and try to restart the UPS.

12.1.2 RECTIFIER TROUBLE LED ON (Orange)

Step #1
1. Ceck Fuse
2. Ceck temperature
3. Rect- Overload ( Setting Ampere current 0.1x C1 (battery Capacity)

12.1.3 BATTERY TROUBLE LED ON (Orange)

Step #1
1. Ceck the protection fuses of Battery swicth (BCB).
2. Ceck temperature battery
3. Battery Discharge (Battery ON)

12.1.4 INVERTER TROUBLE LED ON (Orange)

Step #1 1. Ceck Supply DC.
2. Ceck temperature
3. Ceck Load (Overload)
13.STANDART OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE

13.1 START-UP PROCEDURE

1. Close Breaker RCIB
2. Tunggu sampai LCD display menyala dan ikuti perintah yang ditunjukan
oleh LCD display

13.2 SHUT-DOWN PROCEDURE

1. Open OCB
2. Open BCB
3. Open SBCB
4. Open RICB
14.STANDART OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE (Lanjutan...)
14.1 MAINTENANCE BYPASS PROCEDURE

1. Push-on Toggle Switch bypass to BYPASS Position

2. Close MBCB UPS to BYPASS Position
3. Open OCB
4. Open BCB
5. Open SBCB
6. Open RCB

14.2 PROCEDURE MAINTENANCE Bypass to NORMAL OPERATION

1. Close RCB
2. Tunggu dan ikuti perintah Display Panel UPS
15. BASIC MAINTENANCE

15.1. Maintenance Unit and Battery:

1. Measurement BLOCK Battery Voltage 6 bulan sekali.

2. Cleaning Battery BLOCK and BANK BATTERY
3. Test ON Battery,secara berkala sebanyak 6 bulan
