LEADERSHIP IN SOCIETY
 INTRODUCTION

Since time immemorial humanity has always seen how great leaders have emerged who have
marked the history of mankind, the great leaders have managed to be remembered not only for
their achievements but for their ideologies that whether good or bad have managed to mark
stages in the history of mankind. Because of this in the following writing I will express the
thoughts of a great leader of history if not a person who despite his achievements were not good
always sought to get ahead either by the life of drug trafficking.

 my story is directed to someone who for me is a leader not for his actions but for his fierceness and tenacity when he wants to
get ahead, he is José María Venegas better known as Chema Venegas, you will think why I took this person to see him as my
leader as I mentioned before, his actions are directed to the Mexican drug trafficking.
but I know that behind all that, he was not a bad person, he was just born in a place where the opportunities to get ahead were
remote, for me he is a great person who never gave up no matter the situation that life put him in.
His life began one sunny afternoon when his mother, being in the countryside, had no choice but to give birth under the
sunshine in the company of his father who received him happily, over the years and a life full of sacrifice and suffering, he
always smiled at his mother telling her that someday they would have everything, and so began a continuous struggle to
achieve what he had always dreamed of.
Life for him began at a very young age when together with his friends he tried to earn a living doing jobs that with much
effort he managed to finish because of his young age, despite being criticized by the world for being a child who had nothing,
he always kept his head held high regardless of the comments of others, he only thought that someday he would stop being
that child that everyone disliked and he would fulfill the promise he made to his mother one day, In the company of his
friends he always looked for the good for all of them, especially for his best friend who in spite of the difficulties was always
there to give him a hand, he was known as red who more than his friend brother who accompanied him until he became the
most feared man by the Mexican cartels.

 CONCLUSIONS
 

To finish in this writing seeks to express my idea of what is a leader for

me and refer to a character that more than one person will know and
judge my ideas according to that, but I think it is best because for me
the example to follow will be that person that despite the difficulties
does not give up or appeased with any difficult situation in life.
With this I say goodbye saying I am not a leader, but I always keep my
head up no matter the most difficult situation in life and I will not stop
until I achieve what I said one day in front of my parents ......
