• Describe the problem that you have identified as worth solving.


• Showcase your problem interviews for your customer segment:
• Interview at least 10 customers
• Show videos, quotations from the problem interviews which
reinforce that customers think that it is a “must have” problem.
• Ensure that the videos (if any) or the quotations are short and crisp.
• Describe the solution that you have identified to solve this problem.

• Describe your Customer Segment/Niche.


• Describe the Market type you are entering.

• Ensure that your customer pains and gains match with the

Solution

• How do you propose to solve the problem?


• How is the customer addressing the problem today?
• How will your solution make the customer’s life better?
• Why should the customer switch from the existing alternatives to your
solution?

• Ensure that the calculation looks realistic and well-researched.

Business Model

• Copy-paste or embed your Business Model (Lean Canvas)


• Remember that a strong business model should have:
• The Problem, Customer, UVP, and Solution pieces thoroughly aligned
to each other
• The Cost and Revenue projections should be as realistic as possible

Competition Analysis

• Identify and name your customers.


• List the product benefits offered by your competitors.
• List two or more product benefits that you can offer that will compel
potential customers to switch over from the existing solutions.

Prototype/Product

• Showcase your Solution Demo and MVP.


• You can insert videos, photos of your Solution Demo and MVP.
• Show videos, quotations from the solution interviews.
• Ensure that you have interviewed at least 10 customers.
• Ensure that the quotations or the videos (if any) are short and crisp.
• Discuss how you modified your Solution Demo and MVP based on
customer feedback.
• Top Learnings from Solution Demo and MVP.

Financials
• Include the following entities from the Basic Financial Plan that you
created for your venture here:
o Product Cost
o Product Price
o No.of units sold
o Revenue
o Profit
o Breakeven

have received, if any.
• Embed your Basic Financial Plan here for ready reference.

Marketing and Sales

• Present Your Brand


• Present Your Positioning Statement
• List the channels that you have selected to promote your PV
• Present Your Sales Plan and Sales Pitch
• List the number of sales you have made for your product/service. (Ideally
10 units or more).
• Provide evidence of the sale.

Team Commitment

• List the skill sets and responsibilities of each venture team member.
• Discuss how your skill sets are complementary to each other and what
role each of you play in running the venture.
