Pitch guidelines

Your pitch starts with a short 1 min video about your concept and yourself. Tygers will make this video.
Once the video is finished you immediately start your pitch.
The pitch will be stricly 8 minutes long, there is a clock on stage so you can keep track of time.

Content
Make the pitch your own, but at least cover the following topics:
• What is the issue you are solving
• What is your solution (the product or service). Start of with your proposition sharp and to the point! If
needed after that or further on in your presentation you can elaborate more on your product.
• What is your marketing strategy, how are you going to make sure you reach the number of clients
according to your forecast. What are your USP’s
• Show off that you really know what your talking about, e.g. by describing the market, your
competitors, best practises, etc.
• What is the current status of your company and your achievements , show your success. E.g. how
many paying clients do you already have on board, how you have exceeded the targets you set for
the validation phase, that you have a patent, that you have an agent, media whom have covered
you, partners that you have on-board, etc.
• What is your business model, how are you going to make money
• What does your team look like and why are you going to make it happen with this team
• Roadmap, what are the steps for the coming year or two.
• What is the impact you aim to create
• What is your request/offer to the investors
• Show no financial projections in your presentation, only overall numbers

The overall story should be so compelling to convince investors about why they should put their limited
resources in your company?

Format
Prepare your presentation in a power point format.
Use your company’s brand identity as a template.

15th of June – First version of Pitch ready
16th of June – Pitch training
20th of June – Final Pitch ready to be send to designer*
24th of June – General rehearsal for mentors
30th of June – Demo Day
*A graphical designer will fine-tune the design of your presentation
