 Manpower Planning Report
It is based upon:
 Sanctioned strength w.r.t. department wise workload.
 28%more workmen than the sanctioned strength are
kept on the company’s muster roll.
 It is done to cover weekly off,long leave and
absenteeism.
 Report is prepared weekly to fill up vacancies & to
meet future requirement.
