It is based upon:
Sanctioned strength w.r.t. department wise workload.
28%more workmen than the sanctioned strength are
kept on the company’s muster roll.
It is done to cover weekly off,long leave and
absenteeism.
Report is prepared weekly to fill up vacancies & to
meet future requirement.
