Objectives
To optimize the use of public resources and provide a high level of citizen service

2. To grow & develop the city with strong consideration to environmental impact.

3. To make it easy for citizens, workers and visitors to move around in the city, whether by foot, bike, car, public
transport etc. (regardless of transportation means).

4. To improve public safety & security in every-day life and at special events, as well as being best possibly
prepared for emergencies and disasters

5. To improve the quality of health services by bridging the gap between Citizens and healthcare
services through fully integrated healthcare systems.

6. By By digitizing the energy sector, making best use of water in agriculture and residential areas and
providing smart ways to manage solid waste, citizens can have a better reach to these facilities.

7. To  attract businesses, investors, citizens and visitors.

Project Governance Model
This is a project that cuts across information needs of departments and sectors

Province, response for collecting, consolidating,
analyzing, anddisseminating statistical information.
Technical Appraisal of the Project by Pre-PDWP
 Pre-PDWP meeting for the subject scheme was held on 09th-August-2021.

 Representatives from following stakeholders attended the meeting

 Punjab IT Board and Bureau of Statistics have settled all observations raised during the Pre-PDWP meeting
