What is Community Fitness?

• It is the state of good health of the entire


community usually attained through nutrition,
physical activities and exercise.

• To promote social community fitness, your physical activities
must involve the community as well.
• Dancing is one activity that can be done individually, with a
partner, or in groups.
• Dance is an art that involves movement through rhythm and
is oftentimes accompanied by a music.

and to get to know other people who are present in a social
event.
• Ballroom Dance – a social and partner dance, which is
enjoyed socially and competitively because of its
entertainment aspect.

Heat Exhaustion
• It is a condition categorized by substantial sweating and
quick pulses due to body overheat.
First Aid Treatment for Heat Exhaustion
• Make sure that you move the person out of the sun and find a
shady location.
• Lay the person down and elevate the legs and feet slightly
• Loosen or remove the person’s clothing
• Give the person cold water to drink
• Keep the person’s body cool by spraying or sponging with
cold water
