used to visualize all the
building blocks when you
want to start a business,
including customers, route
to market, value proposition
and finance. 
Channel & Segmentation
Channel Segmentation is about defining and segmenting a retail channel, with implications for Point of Purchase
strategy and activation.

the four types of segmentation are


• Demographic,
• Psychographic
• Geographic, and
• Behavioral.

There are basically four types of marketing channels:


• Direct selling;
• Selling through intermediaries;
• Dual distribution; and.
• Reverse channels.
Value Proposition Canvas
◦ The Value Proposition Canvas is a tool
which can help ensure that a product or
service is positioned around what the
customer values and needs. The Value
Proposition Canvas was initially developed
by Dr Alexander Osterwalder as a framework
to ensure that there is a fit between the
product and market.

Content development is the
process of researching, writing,
gathering, organizing, and editing
information for
publication. Content
development is the process of
originating (creating), editing,
manipulating and maintaining the
contents in order to provide
knowledgeable fillings to the
users.

Communication
Strategy
B2B communications needs to be
targeted and focused in order to be
effective. It is also important is using
the language that your audience
understands to tell the story that is
relevant to them.
A common characteristic of B2B
communications is that it involves a
lot of tech-speak, leading to jargon-
heavy stories.
Media Strategy and Placement
◦ A media strategy is a plan of action that
helps your business reach its target audience
and to improve the overall customer
conversion rate. The conversion rate is the
percentage of people who take a desired
action after engaging with your website, or
any other form of media that makes a call to
action.
