(B) Economic Viability - this would briefly include
Unit Cost - The average unit cost of dairy animals is lower than profits.
Input cost for feeds and fodders, veterinary aid, breeding of animals,
insurance, labour and other overheads can be recovered easily.
Income-expenditure statement and annual gross surplus.
Cash flow analysis, P&L a/c, Balance sheet shall be made by professionals.
Repayment schedule (i.e. repayment of principal loan amount and
interest) would be respected.
28 Lakh rupees shall be kept as reserve for emergency purposes.
