Why Dhenu should be given loan?
 (B) Economic Viability - this would briefly include

 Unit Cost - The average unit cost of dairy animals is lower than profits.
  Input cost for feeds and fodders, veterinary aid, breeding of animals,
insurance, labour and other overheads can be recovered easily.
 Income-expenditure statement and annual gross surplus.
 Cash flow analysis, P&L a/c, Balance sheet shall be made by professionals.
 Repayment schedule (i.e. repayment of principal loan amount and
interest) would be respected.
 28 Lakh rupees shall be kept as reserve for emergency purposes.

100 million tons of milk per annum. Yet, her per capita milk
consumption is around 250 g per day.

 Local Dairy Products Producers

 Invest the rest 28 Lakhs in Sweep in FDR of HDFC
Bank for 3 Years @ 9.00 % Interest.
 Production should reach the target of 3000 Litres /
day
 All Milk produced should be supplied to Sanchi or
Local Dairy Product Producers or the Retailers.
 Supply the milk to Kwality Walls Ice Cream Plant
or Army Training Center.
 Focus on Price Discrimination Policy.
