• For me the I could be the Type B -
Socializer because as a person I am a
outgoing, funny and good friend
because I socialize a lot, I love a to
help my friends when they're in need
because I always want to help them
as much as I can without expecting
them to give back, sometimes I do
hide my feelings and most of the time
I try to look for signals for a person to
confess to him what I truly feel.

Reducing Stress Through Deep Breathing (1 of 3)
This stress reduction vid quite
relaxes me and as of the title
of the video, it reduce my
stress for a certain time and
helps me forget some of my
problems so I can say that this
is quite effective for me.

This video just like the previous
video reduce my stress but I
feel sleepy watching and
following the video but It still
helps me reduce stress within
me

Relaxation (3 of 3)
We did some stretching and It
helps me relax on my own and
I notice that I always got hurt
when I bend my feet, I think
its because I don’t do
exercises in these past few
days, but It the video helps so
much reducing my stress : )
