 Be prepared for few minutes in advance to set up your

you look relaxed and in control.

 If you are hosting the meeting, consider having the first


slide of your presentation up on the screen with the topic
visible, to reassure people that they have dialed into the
correct meeting.

screen.

 Use larger fonts and plenty of white space, and don't put things near the
edges of your slides.

 Stick with high-contrast color designs, and avoid using subtle tone
variations that can be difficult for virtual audiences to see.

 Avoid using too many animations and complex transitions. They cay cause
technical problems and distracting audience.
