Points to Remember Before Machining
• Check for power and compressor connections to ensure that there
is supply of compressed air to machine
• Ensure lubricant is flowing through spindle (explained in video)
• Run spindle at 2000-3000 rpm for one minute before machining to
make sure that sufficient lubricant is flowing at required pressure
of 4.5 bar
• Once the software is opened press “Reset” then “Referral Home”
button, so that machine gets its home position (explained in video)
• CNC code or G-codes can be manually written or extracted from
any commercial software, but before machining check for its
compatibility (explained in video)
• We can write entire program or manually machine using MDI
command (Manual Data input)

Code Generation
• Commercial softwares like CREO, CNC code generators, CNC
simulators etc. can be used to generate codes for required profile
• We can verify our manual codes using available online simulators
like https://nraynaud.github.io/webgcode/
