STATEMENT OF

PURPOSE
BOINI DEVASHISH
ROLL NO: EE21BTECH11011
 INTRODUCTION:
• As we know,discovery of electricity and its practical applications leading to
invention of electronical devices has revolutionized day to day life of humans.
• Human life is now heavily dependent on electricity thus new ideas and
inventions are being implemented and produced as well as developments on
producing better,effective and compact versions of existing inventions.
• Now, Researches are also being carried on for integration of different fields of
sciences into this field for improved products.
• Also,keeping in view of Sustainable development with Environment,now
researches are remodelled in an eco-friendly manner contributing to the
nation.
MY BACKGROUND AND MOTIVATION:
• Middle Class family but Financial factor was never an issue.
• As my father was a chip designer,I was fascinated by the miniature size and
design of chips and was curious to know the working process behind it..
• Right from my childhood,I was always very curious about the working
process of electronic devices and whenever I had a chance,I unscrewed the
old devices and explore them closely.
• Once, I had an opportunity to visit my dad’s office and was surprised to
know the backend work behind the output of a small chip.
• Always had a driving force to do something unique in my life to make my
parents happy, contribute to the society and also inspire people around me.
• When I decided to join EE,my parents were very happy and I had the backing
of my father to follow my passion.
• Love to learn more and more about anything which catches my attention and
fascinates me to explore.
• Always try to enjoy the process of achieving final goal.
UNDERSTANDING OF PROFESSIONAL
WORLD:
• Electrical Science is the backbone of the modern human world.The field is
related on design and application of equipment based on principles of
electricity and electromagnetism.
• Communication Sciences has connected the whole world and made the world
united and transmission of information has become easier.
• Microelectronics have revolutionized the whole computer world and has lead
to invention of many electronic devices.
• Power systems provides the efficient ways of transmitting current from
places of production to place of consumptions
• Control Systems deal with controlling and commanding the behaviour of the
system and hence deciding the input and output of the system.
• Nowadays,Artificial Intelligence is also being integrated into EE to improve
the quality of the output.

OPPORTUNITIES:
• In terms of jobs, there are many opportunities in public as well as private
sector.
• In private sector,jobs related to designing and testing of electronic
equipments are present.
• Jobs on researches related to increasing the efficiency of power transmission
are present but the scope is limited.
• In communication sector,jobs based increasing the efficiency and strength of
signals during transmission are present.
• The field of Control systems and the link up with Artificial Intelligence has
a great scope and opportunities in this field look to be promising.
• In public Sector ,Opportunities in heavy electronics like BHEL,SAIL are
also plenty but the competition is very stiff.
• Post Graduation can also be opted for specialisation hence opportunities in
institutes like DRDO,ISRO can be cracked.

GOAL:
• Although I don’t have a clear idea where would I end after my complete
education of EE,my primary goal would be inclinied towards
microelectronics.
• Microelectronics has always been my field of interest and I would look
forward to explore more and more.
• Although,I would to like to learn other fields too and would research on their
applications in practicality.
• I would also like to explore ways to integrate the possible field to ensure a
delivery of better product to the society.
PATH:
• Firstly,I would like to learn all the basics of the subjects firmly and lay good
foundations to my understanding.
• Always would like to receive suggestions and guidance from professors and
other elders academically and professionally.
• Know my strengths and weaknesses and would like to make any changes if
necessary.Would never forget my final aim and enjoy the process.
• Having awareness about the things happening around the world applying them
in my work.
• Would like to participate if any technical fests happen and explore others ideas
too.
CONCLUSION:
• EE is a field of many opportunities to explore and I would like to make
complete use of it.
• I believe I have the determination to learn new things everyday.
• Would also like to inspire others in choosing this path and succeeding in their
careers.
• Also I would like to improve my communication skills to ensure that I have
smooth experience in transmitting my ideas and views to others.
