All WLAS available in the GD has been printed
(Up to weeks 3 and 4 of the available WLAS in the GD)

WLAS crafting and development as well as printing,
sorting and packing activities are ongoing
 Activities Undertaken
1. Virtual meeting of SPJ Coordinators – provided them with the MELCS
for the WLAS crafting
2. Virtual meeting and presentation of Action plans and
accomplishment reports of ELLN Coordinators, Reading coordinators
- Agreement was to continue with the reading enhancement activities
which some of the districts were doing even if we are under the pressure
and threat of covid 19 pandemic
3. Have conducted monitoring of WLAS printing, sorting and packing
4. have participated in the SBM Surveillance activities
-submitted 11 HS SLMs in reading to the
region- crafted by select English teachers
-submitted 5 RBI ( 2 elem, 3 HS) required by
the RO
-submitted 4 TVIs (all HS) required by the RO

Activity to be undertaken :
Virtual meeting of RBI Core Groups and CI Coordinators ( soon as the notice of meeting will be
approved)
- discuss sustainability plans and strategies
- Share best practices
- review presentation inadequacies like clarity of voice and volume
Virtual meeting of English coordinators
- discuss and share thoughts on some MELCs in English which appear to be a bit difficult to
deliver in modular distance learning :
