implementation of covid-19 protocols.
Since the pandemic, the number of covid-19 cases has been increasing by the day, causing disease infection among citizens and, sadly, even
death. These standards are in place to reduce and control covid-19 cases. The respondent's main concern is that all of the rules and protocols
imposed by the government are all good, but citizens are the ones who cause the pandemic to continue.

Restrictions

The Following rules implemented are subject to the executive order # 51 series of 2021.
As a member of the society, what do you think about the rules or norms implemented by the government
established(Curfew, Capacity & Travel restrictions , and Liqour Ban)?
(Parent)
• “Government established a policy where they restricted citizens to lessen covid infection sa
observe health protocols.“(Government Official)
(Businessman)
• “I guess the government is doing it’s best to contain the pandemic. With regards to norms/rules
imposed, I can see that it was based on researches and effects being done by professionals and we can
see the evidence sisnce a lot of of our protocols were done in other country. (Government Official)

• The rules and norms that was established by the government provide peace and order in our society.
It is being implemented for people to understand what is expected of them and what will happen if
they violate the rules. (Teacher)
How would you rate the effectivity of the said project based on covid-19 control? Why?

• ”4 out of 10 base sa bilis ng action.Kulang sa pag implement, like yong mga tao within the central district example
(Student)
• 7 out of 10. confusing protocols, last minute decisions (quarantine classifications), and no scientific basis for some
protocols. (Government Official)

(Businessman)

• 5/10 for the reason that even if rules are being implemented many people violates it they did not even internalized
their responsibility as part of the society. (Teacher)
What do you think the government should do to optimize the effectivity of the current and future project?

(Student)
• Ask the professionals in making plans since they are professionals in infectious disease. Have a central mode of
command among LGU’s to avoid confusions and learn from mistakes. (Government Official)

nasasakupan in order to monitor the increase and/or decrease of cases.” (Student)
(Businessman)

• Government should be firm in all the rules that is being implemented to address the current situation and for us to
have a safe place to live in the future. Teacher

PART I

Engaging to online learning. With the sudden change of education, students

are having a hard time understanding and answering their activities which
affects their academic performances. During the face-to-face classes,
students can easily ask their teachers about the topic and are provided with
the things that help in their studies such as textbooks, laboratory materials,
etc. But now students who lack resources and not that digital literate can’t
keep up with the new mode of learning.

Sharing stories and greeting others through physical contact are not new to
us especially in our local community as we share the same culture. But due
to the recent situation, the government implement social distancing to lessen
the chance of spreading/catching the virus. Because we are used to interact
physically with our neighbors, friends, we do not notice that we’re already
violating the rule.
Do you agree that there is a need for a humane approach towards those who
are labelled deviant? Why or why not?
Generally, deviance is regarded in a negative light and perceived to be disruptive
in society. But there are many positive sides to deviance, it has other functions
which are beneficial and are not necessarily harmful. For example, a group
publicize the problems of child abuse and provide a mechanism to stop it by
providing a support network city-wide. The said example was a deviance but has
positive effect. Hence there is a need of humane approach to those who are
labelled deviants so long as they won't commit an act that falls under negative
deviance. If they do, then give them the same gauntlet anybody else gets, due
process, and the same range of penalty that’s prescribed to apply to anyone else
who did that crime/deviant act.

INSTITUTIONS AFFECTED EXPLANATION
Due to CoVid-19 the government implement the suspension of face-to-
face teaching activity in exchange to online teaching and modular in order
to avoid the spread of the virus. This affects the teachers and mostly
EDUCATION students. And due to this situation students are now lack in knowledge
because they become lazy to answer their modules due to lack of
explanation from their teachers and some are having problems in
unreliable access to internet.

Life in lockdown has necessitated close, constant with our families and
partners, but physical distancing measures have isolated us from our other
family members. This is also in respect with our family and the
FAMILY, KINSHIP, AND MARRIAGE government protocols. We can no longer have bonded outside with them
and with the marriage we must minimize our practices before. During
without virus even though it’s simple as long as you get married.

Many companies are being close and doom because of lockdowns,

transportations and importations are being closed and no worker are
allowed that makes companies close. So, it leads to economic crisis that
ECONOMIC leads many people unemployed. Establishments are also close due to lack
of costumers because of lockdowns.
