專業培訓 - 開發轉爐 VR 訓練模擬
機
出鋼作業係為轉爐吹煉生產至關重要的一個
環節，吹煉完畢之鋼液重達 250 噸，溫度高
達 1,650℃ ，出鋼作業如稍有不慎即會造成
洩鋼、設備損壞及生產停宕，後續凝鋼切割
及清運作業更有工安疑慮。中鋼公司作為鋼
鐵產業的領頭羊，致力導入新穎科技，透過
開發視覺系統結合操作模擬訓練以累積生產
經驗，不僅可以縮短新進人員訓練期程，同
時也提高訓練品質。

發放，進一步鼓勵所有同仁重視工作安全。
教育訓練與宣導：
1. 藉由安全衛生訓練管理系統的電腦化管理所有員工個人教育訓練情形及即時更
新安衛訓練資料。
2. 推動「安全工作程序制修訂基層化」活動 。
3. 規定所屬同仁接受工安體感訓練。
4. 藉由「沉浸式防禦性駕駛訓練系統」，加強學員實務操作之安全性。

法律遵循：
利用法遵系統，將相關的安衛法規資訊，傳送給各權責單位實施法規鑑別，以
找出應遵循的法規及場所，並及早因應配合。

主管機關懲處、稽核結果之因應：
1. 提高稽查強度：持續提高稽查強度，由安全衛生處每月實施現場稽查，並以
各廠處歲、定修工程或高風險及特定作業作為稽查標的，並改
善工安績效較差廠處，持續追蹤至改善為止。

2. 持續加強安衛措施：經理部門高階主管現場巡視與參與零災害活動⋯等，以
加強工安管理作為。

醫療服務：
中鋼診療所聘請高醫、小港醫院、高雄榮總、國軍醫院等專業醫護團隊，提供
員工初級診 / 治療、慢性病防治 ( 三高 ) 和基礎醫療服務的第一道防線。
健康檢查：
員工至中鋼員工診所受檢，提供優於法規項目與頻率的健康檢查服務，如常見
的肺癌、肝癌、大腸癌等，並後續則針對健檢結果施行健康管理措施，提供諮
詢、診治、轉診等服務。

心理諮商：聘任諮商心理師提供駐廠服務。

健康管理計畫：推動多項活動及各項健康促進活動項目 ( 含講座 ) 。
