Otherwise known as the Organic Law for the


Bangsamoro Autonomous Region provides the Justice
System in the Bangsamoro.
OBJECTIVES

The Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives and Awards aims to:

Strengthen the Katarungang Pambarangay (KP)


as an indigenous conflict resolution structure at
the grassroots level.

Institutionalize a system of granting economic


benefits and other incentives to Lupong
Tagapamayapa herein referred to as Lupons,
which demonstrates exemplary performance.

Generate greater awareness among, and


support from, the various sectors of the
Philippine Society on the KP as a potent vehicle
toward social ordering and human development

The Chairperson, upon recommendation of the members of the Regional
Awards Committee shall select the private sector/NGO representative
 
The Regional Awards Committee (RAC) may invite one (1)
representative from the Supreme Court to sit as member of the Regional
Awards Committee (RAC).
 
The composition of the Regional Awards Committee (RAC) may be
replicated at the municipal, city and provincial levels.

The Ministry of the Interior and Local Government (MILG) through the
Barangay and Community Affairs Division (BCAD) shall provide
technical and secretariat to the awards committee.
