STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The study entitled Automated Irrigation and Fertigation System with Real-time Feedback Mechanism for
Crop Cultivation has a general goal to make an irrigation system that automatically delivers water and
give the status of the plants.
Specifically, this study will seek to answer the following questions:
1. Is there a significant difference between the researchers’ automated irrigation system and the existing
ones in terms of the efficiency in giving water?
2. Is there a significant difference on the ability to give information between the researchers’ automated
irrigation system and the existing ones in terms of:
2.1. Soil Moisture
2.2. Temperature
2.3 Humidity
3. Is there a significant difference on the ability to supply fertilizer between the researchers’ automated
irrigation system and the existing ones?
