This project studied the impact of store design and layout at Pantaloons on customer buying behavior. A survey using a Google form was conducted with a sample size of 32 customers. Findings from the survey showed that attractive merchandise displays and sufficient signage to help customers navigate product categories could improve the customer experience. Recommendations included focusing on displays to build brand image, clear signage, and accessible product placement to increase average customer purchases.
