DEFINITION
A Diary is a personal document in which an individual
records his or her everyday emotions, thoughts, and
sentiments. You are free to write about whatever you
choose, without fear of being judged or criticized by
others. It should be a safe and unrestricted extension of
your intellect. A journal may be anything you want it to
be, and it should be a place where you can be
completely honest.
