 What are Tenses?
Tenses represents two important aspects:
TIME (when)
WORK (completion or status of work)

For Example:
Ram is sleeping.
Here “is” is the helping verb representing time and
main verb “sleep” with it’s first form + ing
represents that the work is still going on.

 Homework
• Write your daily routine in present tense.
Ensure that you practice all the statements by
speaking them aloud so that you improve your
pronunciation and enhance your confidence
with your own voice coming back to your ears.
• Pick up an English Text (story, newspaper, etc.)
mark all helping verb and statements using
Present Continuous Tense.
