CHALLENGES FOR BALAJI HOSPITAL

• Backup of Doctors
• Staff Salary (Rectification)
• TPA’s not done on time patients get treatment late
• Registers to be Filled – Each and Every thing on Paper to Update.
• Doctors and nurses must have knowledge of all the Instruments and
Equipments.
• ENT , Burns and Dialysis is not there.
• Patient Transparency is less sometimes as expected.

• Every Faculty don’t share the Same thought as there are mutual differences
• First NAAC Accrediation of institute , so have they to be updated as per the rules
and regulations for better Grade.
• Declining Quality of Students and lack of writing skills during exams.
