Operate globally from 72 cities spread across 30 countries  Infosys and its subsidiaries have 113,796employees  Company's Slogan : Building Tomorrow's Enterprise  The Infosys Foundation contributes up to 1%PAT every year.

Development Centers(DCs)

Bhubaneswar DC:  In 2007, (IAAP) Infosys Affirmative Action Program started with the state government.  Till date 515 professors have been trained towards teaching method with modern education, and  Also prepares students for a carrier in business process outsourcing industries. Chandigarh DC: ( The team is known as Prayaas ) 60 children from the Panchkula slum were imparted training in social etiquette. Cleanliness drive towards Malaria , A free camp for Eye & General Medical check up .

Development Centers(DCs)

Chennai DC(Team known as Sneham) Help employees support the Education of their children . Provide facilities for Rural Schools. Helping the Visually challenged . Hyderabad DC(Mamata) Donated more than 105 Pcs , that undertake non commercial & Public activities . Every Wednesday , a drop box is placed to involve everyone in the contribution towards social welfare .

Development Centers(DCs)
Mysore DC(Soften) Distributed 57,000 books and geometry to under privileged students from various students.  Basic computer education was imparted to the security and housekeeping of the DC.

Same were initiated in DCs of Thiruvannathapuram, Bengaluru and Pune.

It provided recommendations on operating the blueprint and implementing it at companies, and leadership initiatives in support of broader UN goals, including the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

The Infosys Bangalore Development Center (DC) hosts rare species of butterflies as the world celebrates the International Year of Biodiversity.

The employees of Infosys joined hands to rebuild villages & contributed 30 Crore s. -Relief, Rehabilitation, Rebuilding. In October 2009 Karnataka-severely affected by floods.

Mini Joseph Tejaswi & Sujit John, TNN, Mar 12, 2010, 04.19am IST iRace- Infosys Role and Career enhancement idea of mapping positions with Experience & skill levels. Many employees were demoted on the ground that they did not meet iRace's experience standards. So, senior project managers went down to project managers, project managers to technical leads, some even went down two levels. 5,000 being impacted, especially the ones at the lower level . Question raised - if the management found somebody good enough for a certain position earlier, how can they now say that he is not?

Infosys changes iRace norms; to promote 8500 employees Published on Mon, Jun 14, 2010 at 11:42 | Updated at Mon, Jun 14, 2010 at 17:12|Source: CNBC-TV18 Infosys is approaching the entire backlash from the employees in different levels. iRace had set up sub-committees at different level comprising of managers to address the grievances of the employees. As per the new norm, Infosys will re-evaluate the cuts of 4500 employees who had not been revaluated of their roles last October. In addition, it has also promoted 8500 employees this year and has already announced a pay hike of total USD 134 million.
