 Sentence matching


○The testees are wanted to recognise sentences which consists of
the same words in the same order. They should catch it as quickly
as possible.

○e.g :
○1. Tom is not going to your school

○A. tom is not going to your pool


○b. tom is not going to your school = correct

2. True or false reading test
Type 1
the testees are tested by means of series of general truth.
e.g :
The sun rises in the west T F
Palopo city is large as makassar T F
Type 2
The testees decide whether it is T or F according
To a text.

3. Muitiple-choice items: short texts
The testees are required to identify the correct
paraphrase.
e.g :
1. 1. Fiqri is not as tall as saldi but he is taller than bagas.
2.a. Saldi is taller than fiqri and bagas
3.b. fiqri is not as tall as bagas

4. Muitiple-choice items: Longer texts
The length of the reading extract reccomended might
vary from :

a. The elementary level : 50 to 100 words


b. The intermediate level : 200 to 300 words
c. The advanced level : 400 to 600 words

proficiency in understanding the context of communication
and responding in English.

information by writing Y-N or I on your paper.
