Vietnam Airlines: FLC Group.

1. Vietnam is heavily reliant on Tourism


industry.
2. Few domestic airline carriers that provide
high-quality services.
3. Passenger growth rate is forecasted to be the
highest in the world (by ACI, 6,2% per year).
THREATS

1. Financial solvency – Bamboo airway is heavily


in debt due to Covid.
2. Heavy bureaucracy – requires many
paperwork, time, money, and effort for
project to be accepted by the government.
3. Competitors are corporations with a lot of
experience.
