Six months accomplishment

●It
has been an excellent experience and journey at Alstom Bogie Team.
●Acquired good knowledge of Bogie system and sub-systems.
●Yet to understand complete architecture of Bogie product and sub systems.
●So far went through training of Bogie system and sub-systems within the team.

●Working with the warranty team gave me the exposure to various sub-systems in the bogie and interaction with other CFT team, under
the guidance of Ganesha Nayak.
●Projects worked

- Chennai Metro : NSD mounting bracket Bolt failure - completed

- Kanpur Agra Metro : WFL- controls and commissioning status - completed
- Riyadh Metro : Wheel squealing noise study - completed
- Kochi Metro : Closure of customer open points - completed
- Handled E-Loco Warranty issues
 TBU flexible hose pipe
 Lateral stopper
 Sanding nozzle rubber butt
● In all of the above projects I did take help from my team members, Ganesha and other CFT members to successfully complete them.

 Gaps and way forward
● I got the chance to visit Saharanpur E-Loco maintenance Depot, which gave me the complete exposure to the
maintenance activities, inspection procedures in depot and understand bogie and sub-systems.
● I am yet to understand complete bogie system, which I will plan to achieve in coming 6 to 9 months.
● Going forward I will try to complete the projects with minimum help and in time and establish myself as a good
warranty engineer.
● I look forward to have a long-time relationship in Alstom.
